Commissioned artwork will be delivered through Google Drive or Email as PNG files.

Payments will be realized through VGEN or PAYPAL only.

The artist can post the finished artwork on their own socials unless requested otherwise.

The client can post the finished artwork on their socials with credits only.

The client is prohibited from claiming the commissioned artwork as their own

The client is prohibited from copying, tracing, or make any major changes on the artwork.

The client is ABSOLUTELY FORBIDEN from using the artist's work for any sort of AI models or projects using AI.

The client must state the purpose of the commissioned artwork, specially if there are commercial purposes.

The client will get weekly updates after the artist started working on their piece. If the client wants more frequent updates, they can write it down alongside their commission or through dms.

The client must state on their request if there's a deadline for the artist to deliver the artwork, with 10 days as a minimum timeframe.

The client can ask as many changes/request as desired during the sketch and even lineart phase, extra major changes during rendering can be denied.

The artist can decline requests. If the client has already provided payment, refunds will be negotiated depending on the amount of work already done. 90% refund after regular sketches; 80% after an approved sketch; 40% after lineart; 30% after base color. After the render is done, no refunds will be accepted.

For commissions requested on Vgen, both artist and client will follow any additional rules stated by the website.

After the first Vgen commission, if a client wants to keep commissioning the artist for future projects, both sides can agree on working outside Vgen and negotiate discounts.

First time clients cannot negotiate prices nor discounts.

By requesting a commission, the client must agree with all the Terms of service.

Additional fees will be added to the price for commercial use rights.

Personal Use: For wallpapers, profile pictures, banners, sharing on social media or to show on stream/unmontized videos.

Basic commercial rights (+50%): To use the art to promote yourself/promote direct revenue, for sponsorship posts, for event promo, merch promo, etc (Basically any kind of promotion). To use as part of your branding such as panels, emotes, overlays, assets and fugis.

Full commercial rights (+100%): To use the art for music on streaming platforms, to use as patreon/membership/monetized subscription rewards, and for any kind of physical/digital merchandise.

Services with obvious commercial use in mind such as Twitch Panels will have the price included in the base price so the client doesn't have to worry about any additional fees.

Character reference sheets can be priced as personal use if it's meant to be used for personal OCs, for the reference sheet of a character meant to use for profit (ie. pngtubers or vtubers) the artist will ask for full commercial rights fees.

IMPORTANT: Regardless of the level of commercial/personal rights, the client is still forbiden from claiming the artwork as theirs, as well as copying, tracing, or make any major changes on the artwork.

Extreme NSFW and any sort of fetish content.

Mecha/armor or complex weapon designs (I can try but since I'm not very experienced on it I'd rather not work on something I know won't be able to reach of quality I aim for my artwork.)
